Purchasing Jewelry through Chatham
Chatham Inc. is a wholesale company that does business with jewelry retailers, first and foremost. Before we encourage a purchase online, we try to find a retailer near you that carries the Chatham line of jewelry. Since not all cities have Chatham representation, we have created an e-commerce store to give you the unique opportunity to conveniently purchase that Chatham piece you love.
When you place an order for a Chatham piece of jewelry, you will be contacted within 24hrs with an availability notification. If the item is in stock, we will ship it right away. All domestic orders are shipped via 2nd Day Fed Ex delivery and international orders are sent Fed Ex Economy or Priority. All orders are shipped after payment is received.
All orders are required to have matching billing and shipping addresses. We will not, under any circumstances, ship to an address different from billing. All fraud will be reported to the FBI.
If the jewelry is not in stock, you will be notified of its estimated delivery date or we will suggest similar styles that are readily available. Items that require resizing or replacement of stones can take approximately 2wks. In the event you do not accept the estimated delivery date, you will be given the opportunity to either cancel or confirm your order before we proceed.
A flat Shipping & Insurance fee of $25 will be added to your total amount automatically. California residents will be charged taxes according to their region's tax rate.
All jewelry orders will come with a Certificate of Authenticity, which will either be enclosed in your package or mailed to your shipping address separately.
Loose Color Stone & Diamond Orders
All online purchases are for finished jewelry only. We do not offer loose colored gemstones and diamonds to the public.
For the purchase of Chatham Lab Grown Gemstones and Diamonds, you can contact any local jewelry retailer. They do not have to carry the Branded line to be able to purchase loose gemstones.
International Orders
Chatham accepts online credit card orders for US and Canadian residents only. All international orders require payment via bank wire. If you are living outside of the US or Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will send you instructions.
Orders outside of the US will be subject to import customs duties and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyers responsibility.

30-Day Return Policy
Chatham hopes you are happy with your new purchase, but in the event you are not fully satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the invoice date. This includes all jewelry and lab-grown diamond orders. All sales are considered final after 30 days.
Any merchandise returned to the office will require a Return Authorization. Please call us at 800-222-2002, to obtain an RA number. The RA number given will expire within one week of issue date. All packages sent with an expired or missing RA number will be refused.
Any and all Certificates of Authenticity issued with your purchase need to be returned.

Once the returned merchandise is received, we will issue a credit in the same method as the original form of payment. Please allow 8-10 days for the full processing of the return and refund.
Any and all Special Orders are a final sale. We will not accept returns on any orders that required custom work and/or cutting.
